Mosaic’s project management training has two distinct focuses; one is helping project professionals achieve PMI accreditation, the other is using the power of effective project control processes to generate successful outcomes. PMI Credential Training - PgMP®, PMP® & CAPM®

Mosaic's PgMP, PMP and CAPM training is focused on achieving a first time pass in your PMI examination.

The examination for the PMI PMP credential covers a defined knowledge base, not just the PMBOK Guide (although this is the basis of the qualification / exam). Our PMP exam prep courses cover the full spectrum of learning needed to succeed in the exam based on the PMP Role Delineation Study and 'Exam Specification'. The CAPM examination is focused on the PMBOK Guide 3rd Edition. This course takes you through the Guide, explains PMI's requirements and provides extensive practice answering CAPM style questions. Achieving your CAPM Certification plus a thorough understanding of the PMBOK Processes and key techniques is the focus of our Certified Associate in Project Management Training Courses: See - CAPM Training Courses. This courses is designed as a foundation course in project management.

Our PgMP training is structured to meet the needs of the senior managers eligible for this certification. The primary focus of the course will be one-on-one mentoring supported by test questions and assistance in working through the three separate parts of the certification process. See PgMP Training.
