Industry Information
The training industry has been one of the largest growth industries in Australia over the past ten years. In particular, the entertainment industry is going through large and dynamic growth in both size and regulation. Simultaneously, an increase in industry skills gaps and the advancement of technology across our varied workforce environments has reinforced the need for both in-house and accredited training.
ETTI is well positioned to lead in the reduction of the skills gaps by providing industry-based training programs to create an educated and qualified workforce. We are owned and managed by professionals from the training, recruitment and entertainment industries, who bring a wealth of knowledge of the Federal Government's training agenda and current entertainment and technology trends and directions
ETTIs training addresses the rapidly increasing skills gaps in the entertainment industry. With Melbourne promoting itself as an epicentre for events combined with the advancement of technology, the demand for qualified industry professionals is high and not currently being met.
ETTI trains participants in:

Our training allows for participants to gain generic cross industry skills that are transferable in a variety of employment arenas so people can be flexible and maintain an ongoing interest in employment and do feel trapped into repetitive and routine work environments
It is an exciting industry for workers who want to enter the industry on a technical side and also for those with skills such as truck and forklift licences or those with elevated work platform and scaffolding tickets to work in their field of fascination
