The full course has been organised into 4 Competency Fields: 

1.Learning Environment

2.Assessor

3.Learning Design

4.Delivery and Facilitation. 

Participants have the option to complete the clusters in any order.  The full TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment course is conducted over a 10 day face to face delivery at four convenient locations – Belmont, Osborne Park, Applecross (Saturday Workshop) and Rockingham.

The Upgrade course has been designed to enable candidates who possess the Cert IV in Assessment and Workplace Training (BSZ40198) and want to upgrade to the Cert IV in Training and Assessment.  This workshop is for 3 days and is incorporated into the full 10 day workshop.  In addition to face to fact delivery, the upgrade course can be completed through RPL or Combination assessment pathways.
