Responsible Service of Alcohol – THHBFB09B VICTORIA

 

Mi Training is accredited by the Director of Liquor Licensing, Consumer Affairs Victoria, to deliver and assess (RSA) Responsible Service of Alcohol.

 

Do I need this Certificate?

Most employers will require a RSA certificate accredited by Liquor Licensing as a pre-requisite for employment when serving or supplying Alcohol in Victoria, although it is not compulsory.

 

Training Course Content:

  • Legal requirements for the sale and service of alcohol in Victoria
  • Harm Minimisation and ‘Duty of Care”
  • Anticipating problems and managing patrons
  • Assess and monitor the levels of intoxication of patrons
  • Advise patrons on standard drinks and the effects of alcohol

 

Training Duration:

3 Hour knowledge and awareness course including assessment.

 

Certificates:

Participants will receive their Certificates upon successful completion in THHBFB09B Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol.

 

RSA Training Course Frequency and Cost:

The RSA runs weekly and costs $49.95 including GST.
