Bar and Hospitality Course – INDUSTRY TRAINING SERVICES

This course is available at various locations around Brisbane and Queensland each week, running (4) nights Monday to Thursday.

Emphasis is kept on as much practical training as possible with emphasis on Bar practices including Beer pouring, Hygiene, Cocktails and mixed drinks as well as Cash register operation and Restaurant service. Students will be involved in using the facilities at each of these live venues, some of these include the Redcliffe Leagues Club, Logan City Tavern and the Jubilee Hotel in Fortitude Valley.

The Responsible Service of Alcohol is included on this course which is necessary for employment to serve alcohol in most licensed premises.

Cost of the course is $270 ($75 if extra if the Responsible Gambling Services is included) A payment plan can be used  which means the course can be paid off at $25/week.

Training is accredited and upon completion students will attain the Statement of Attainment, partial completion of the Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations).
