ICTE-UQ C&PE courses range from a few hours to several days in length. They are held during the day or in the evenings and allow the participant to sample a variety of fascinating study options, including class room study, practical workshops and field trips.
- Enrolment is open to everyone. These courses are not part of a degree program. A UQ Statement of Attendance is given to each participant upon completion of the course.
- Most classes are held at UQ St Lucia campus. Further details of the venue including a UQ map and parking information will be sent to you with your course payment receipt letter. Please bring your lunch if needed or, alternatively, there are cafes and food outlets on campus where you can buy meals. Further information on “Places to Eat” at UQ will be included with your course receipt letter.

Community & Professional Education courses have been offered by UQ to the wider community since 1983 and are part of an extensive suite of programs offered by ICTE-UQ. C&PE courses are self-funded and charge fees to cover the costs of all activities. ICTE-UQ also coordinates and administers the following programs throughout the year:

- Three Score Club Program
- RTO Qualifications
Qualifications with this symbol are accredited under the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) – nationally recognised training.
