What type of delivery is the workshop course?
A blended delivery is in place for you the National Qualification Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAA40104.

What is involved with the distance learning option?
This program has been designed with the learner central to our focus. Unlike other distance learning courses, that offer you no resources, we have developed our exclusive Learning CD with our e-learning affiliate InLearning. The Learning CD complements your assessment requirements.

What do I get?
Apart from friendly and expert instruction students receive all resources including our exclusive Learning CD developed with our e-learning affiliate InLearning. The Learning CD is integrated into our face to face workshop courses. Also exclusive access to our TAA-Learning website.

What type of assessments are their on the workshop courses?
Assessment is competency based. Competency will be assessed on course through participation in action learning sessions and developing a mini training program relevant to your area of expertise or interest. While you are on course the trainer will show you how to benchmark your mini training program to industry best practice.

Is it OK to adapt existing workplace training resources?
Yes, and Complete confidentiality and privacy is afforded to all participant's intellectual property.
