About This Diploma in Project Management Course
Our approach goes beyond the functional areas of project management and on a journey through the project management lifecycle. Drawing on the three spheres of Managing by Project - change management, investment management and project management - this course aims to develop the broad range of skills and expertise required of a modern day project manager. Become accredited in project management with a nationally recognised qualification and with certification with the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM)

The course includes a one day advanced cost and benefits management course, and one day's training in MS Project™.
