The Diploma of Community Welfare (CHC50702) is designed to prepare students to work at a professional level in the human services industry. During the course, students are trained in theory and practice to develop a high level of communication and management skills.

 

Workers in this role are usually also involved in service delivery, either direct client work and/or health promotion and community development projects. They operate at an advanced skill level and may also have responsibility for the supervision of other staff and volunteers.
