Under the Food Safety Act 2006, every licensable food business in Queensland must have a Food Safety Supervisor available at all times the business is operating.

The hospitality food safety supervisor is required to have a nationally recognised statement of attainment for the following units of competency;

THHGHS01B - Follow workplace hygiene

THHBCC11B - Implement food safety procedures

The course covers two full days of face-to-face facilitation totaling 12 hours

Course Dates: Thu 22nd to Fri 23rd May 2008

Times: 9am to 3pm (Lunch and Morning tea provided)

Course Cost: $195 per person
