Dreamtime Personalities™ Workshops

There are no ‘off the shelf’ Dreamtime Personalities™ Workshops for businesses because your requirements will be unique and so we will need to communicate with you to establish exactly what your requirements are in terms of objectives, needs and outcomes, and then design a workshop around these same criteria.

Depending on the time you have available to invest, here’s an outline of what you can expect to cover in one of our highly experiential discovery workshops:- 

• Each person will be given the Dreamtime Personalities™ Indicator Questionnaire to complete in advance of the workshop
• The history of Dreamtime – its origins and why it is one of the most effective profiling tools in existence today 
• Introduction to type – step by step we go though the personality traits of each type and begin to uncover the differences in personality of all attendees and establish their motivations for doing things their preferred way.  
• Needs negotiation – by starting to understand the fundamental differences, we listen to our ‘opposites’ and also share with them how we prefer to :-
