Program Content

This program provides training for people who handle or prepare food in restaurants, hotels, clubs, commercial catering establishments, bars, takeaway shops, food factories, butcher shops and food stores. It is designed to improve their understanding in hygienic food handling practices and to ensure that food is prepared in a safe, hygienic and high quality manner.
