Training Program Information

This program enables the participants to gain an understanding of basic floral design as well as the underpinning knowledge related to the care and maintenance of cut flowers and floral arrangements. Students will enjoy hands on participation and learn the tips and tricks florists use to ensure long vase life for your flowers.

This program is designed for people who wish to gain the basic skills in floral arranging or have an interest in floristry that could spark a career change. Participants can enrol in certificate 2 floristry following this program to pursue floristry as a career.

All flowers and sundry items are included in the program fees. Please make sure you wear closed shoes for occupational health and safety reasons to participate in all practical activities.
