The key to effective decision making for senior and middle level management is the ability to systematically identify and understand business and operational risks to secure the best possible outcomes.

TAFE NSW – Sydney Institute and Prudentia, a specialised risk management service provider, offer a two day accredited course based on the Australian Risk Management Standard (AS4360).

This program has been developed for those responsible for the identification and management of risk in organisations. Participant numbers are limited to allow the trainer to elaborate on points of interests and encourage productive discussion amongst participants.

This training program delivers:
• An understanding of current risk management theory
• The ability to apply risk management processes to ensure corporate objectives are delivered
• A skill set to implement a ‘broad brush’ approach to managing risk
• A TAFE NSW Statement of Attainment in Applying Risk Management Processes
(TAFE NSW Course No: 17324)
• A nationally recognised unit of competency (BSBCMN416A Identify Risk and Apply Risk Management Processes) from the Business Services Training Package
