The Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking is the minimum required qualification to allow you to work as a Broker. The course covers all the required electives, core and sectoral modules. The course can be tailored to suit your needs, and can also recognise your experience and industry skills.

NBIA staff are experienced, qualified academically, and sometimes more importantly practically, where all staff have experience running small businesses, so they they know what is important to you, and in some cases training can be assisted by government grants. 

The flexible delivery allows you to work at your own pace and in some instances the cost can be covered by government assistance.
