TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

The TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment specifies the competencies required to deliver training in an industry area or area of subject matter expertise, and to conduct competency based assessment in a range of contexts. This qualification is a cross-industry credential and is a pre-requisite for individuals who deliver and/or assess against national industry qualifications.

TAA50104 Diploma of Training and Assessment

The TAA50104 Diploma of Training and Assessment specifies the competencies required to engage in advanced training and assessment practice which may also include competence in one or more of the following areas: development of training products, provision of training advisory and consultancy services and leadership and co-ordination of training and assessment services.
